A consultation with Elegant Reverence begins before the call. Three movements gather what the studio needs to prepare — the occasion, the people, the protocol and your preferences — so the time we spend together is spent on the celebration itself. Complimentary, thirty minutes. Appointments are reserved as phone calls. In Person may be requested in the form. For In Person, the location must be agreed upon during consultation and must be within the studio’s service area.

Why the studio asks
The questions a celebration is actually designed around
Most intake forms ask for a date, a headcount and a budget. The room, however, is designed around people — their traditions, their limits, their absences and their privacy. These are the considerations the studio raises before a single linen is chosen.

Order before ornament
Installations, anniversaries and appreciation services carry an order — who is seated where, who enters when, who is honored first. The studio asks so the room enforces it quietly.
Grace · Reception
Every guest received
Elders, children, wheelchairs, low vision, sensory sensitivity, nursing mothers, guests fasting or observing dietary law — each changes the seating plan, the timing, the lighting and the menu brief.
Memory · Remembrance
Those who are absent
Many celebrations hold someone who is not in the room. The studio asks how they should be acknowledged — a chair, a candle, a line in the program — never whether.
Intention · Discretion
Privacy as a design decision
Photography, social media and portfolio use follow the host's preference. Surprises are protected in every note and call the studio makes.
Legacy · Address
Names, titles and honorifics
The studio asks how you wish to be addressed — and how the honoree and clergy are to be named in print — so that programs, place cards and signage are correct the first time.
Grace · Your time
Quiet hours, kept
Hours you do not wish to be called are recorded and respected. The studio works to your rhythm, not its own.
